Methodology

This workshop comprises hands-on exercises, group discussions, presentation, sharing, critique and review. It is designed to help participants especially the managers to understand the importance of setting expectation for their team members. Participants are taught the importance of managing both positive and negative feedback in a more constructive ways to achieve better employees’ engagement.
